Artificial Sun by David Baldwin

David Baldwin has often been observed spending his time on creation and is especially admired by his ability to do so using almost all outlets of invention. Some of his recent art forms have been snow sculpture, drawing, photography, as well as having a real talent for creating treasure out of “trash” – he loves to prove something is still perfectly functional and useful just when it seems impossible to do anything more with – and he has yet to be wrong. The number of times the subject of his work had been first assumed worthless, and later been taken back again proves he has a gift for finding art where others wouldn’t. He brings things back from the dead in a unique way, it’s never what it was originally, but it’s usually something better. Seeing beyond the physical, he is one whom has taken the obscurity of first impressions, and given the world as he knows it a whole new chance to reveal itself alive.
